The Team Member Handbook
This is the document that is handed to team
members to explain the expectations and work-life systems in the salon. It is
an overview of the Policy and Procedures manual that is simplified and holds
only the information that is relevant to the team members. Each of the sections
is then expanded for owners and management in the other modules to allow for
smooth day to day running of the systems. All of our modules are written in
easy to understand language that is relevant to your business. The heading

This
module comprehensively goes through the scripts your team follows for

Management Module

Occupational Health and Safety Module
This
module is a comprehensive guide to the duty of care required by salons with
regards to safety procedures and hygiene in the salon. There are accompanying
forms and checklists for this module to ensure these systems are easily
remembered and implemented.
There are four levels of policy and Procedures to choose from depending on the amount of time you are willing to spend on them yourself and the level of customisation you require for your specific business.

far our most popular option, you will get to spend the day over the phone with
Iain Horne going through every aspect of your business, he will guide you on
best business practice, what not to do and how to implement successfully this
award winning policy and procedures package. You’ll get 8 hours of 1 on 1
support and more ideas than you could possibly imagine. Iain will customise your
manual for you with Logos, colours and “Your information” as discussed through
the manual construction day. Your information will be checked and edited and
finally provided to you in a soft copy form so that you can edit the information
at any time. (With this option you can add hourly coaching sessions to this
option to help with smooth implementation – 1hr Coaching Phone Calls are $250
per session
Level Five - $3995
- A full day over the phone with Iain Horne analysing the needs of your business as you fully customise the manual to your salon. This allows you to tweak the systems, establish working bonuses and team guidelines and ensure that the manual is exactly how you want your business run with guidance from one of Australia’s top salon consultants.
- Full customisation of your manual including colours, covers and logos so that this manual looks amazing and will add value to your business.
- A printed copy of the manual and a copy on disk, postage of all the tools you need to successfully implement the systems in your business for increased sales and profitability and additional folders for Marketing and Position Description files.
